We are going to develop a job search active system that provides effective tools for training monitors and tutors. An innovating formation will be given, and it will enable young people looking for their first job in social, behavioural and attitudinal abilities, enhancing them in: -Development of their personal skills,-Increase of their motivation,-Orientation to new job opportunities,-Effective use of NTIC,-Development of new social abilities.
