Ibis acam is founded 1981 in Germany and 2004 was a Management by Out by our managing director Rafael Montibeller and 100% takeover of the Austrian and Slovak concern. Ibis prima is a private job agency in Germany and ibisfelix personalservice (founded 1.1.2011) is a new business area in Vienna and Tyrol.

Our aim is to give support to customers/people, so they could reach

Clearness about their potential, resources, desires and opportunities, but also about their weaknesses

Orientation to assign their aims to find the right place in the labour market

Expansion of competences, so they have available the necessary knowledge of their profession

Our main business areas are:

• Language courses: German as second language, alphabetization in German, qualification in English for specific professions

• Apprentices-apprenticeship (3 years): e.g. retail trade, wholesale trade, industrial clerk, IT-engineer, cosmetician, druggist, clothing manufacturers for ladies …
• “Vocational Orientation”: job application training, identification of personal professional interests
